(1) CNC Milling Uses rotating multi-point cutting tools to remove material. 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis machines for different complexity levels. Applications: Engine blocks, molds, aerospace brackets.
(2) CNC Turning Rotates the workpiece while a single-point tool cuts (for cylindrical parts). Lathe machines (Swiss-type for ultra-precision). Applications: Shafts, bolts,nozzles.
(3) CNC Drilling & Tapping Creates holes and internal threads with high accuracy. Applications: PCB boards, flanges, hydraulic components.
