1. Review the part design,drawings and quality standard from clients.
2. Mould and Tooling design & manufacturing
3. Mould and Tooling testing & confirm the sample
4. Die casting raw castings
5.Surface treatment: trimming, deburring, polishing, cleaning, passivation & power coating and other requirement from customer
6. Precision machining: CNC lathes, milling, drilling, grinding etc.

Our normal packing is bag+carton+pallet or according to customers' requirments. 
Goods can be delivered by sea, by train or by air according to needs.

A: MOQ depends on customers' needs, trial orders are also welcomed before mass-production.

A: It varies depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantities. Lead time usually needs 25-35days.

A: Please send us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or samples,more detailed information will be big help to us. Then price will be offered within 24h.

*Q4: How to know how is my order going on without visiting your company?
 

A: Detailed production schedule and weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress, will be sent to you.

*Q5: How can we process the order?

A: After confirming the order,Proforma invoice and payment list for deposit will be sent to you accordingly . After receiving your deposit, production will be arranged accordingly at once and finish goods about 25-30days based on different quantities.
