Zinc Die Casting is a high-efficiency, precision casting process in which molten zinc alloy is injected into a precision metal mold under high pressure and shaped by rapid cooling. 2.High Cost-effectiveness: The mold has a long service life (up to more than 100,000 cycles), a short cycle time (10-60 seconds), simple post-processing, and low unit cost in mass production.
3.High Dimensional Precision: The shrinkage rate is about 0.7% with small deformation, and the dimensional precision can reach IT11-IT13 grade, meeting the requirements of precision assembly.
4.Environmental Protection and Easy Recycling: Zinc alloy can be 100% recycled, and the die casting process has low energy consumption, in line with the trend of green manufacturing.
