PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

We have full-automatic die casting machines from 88T to 1250T, 8 precision CNC machining centers and more than 6 high-precision lathes. Casting include coated sand casting, sodium silicate sand mold casting, silica sol precision casting.

With the testing equipment including direct reading spectrometer,
metallographic microscope, three coordinate, ultrasonic flaw detector, X-ray flaw detector, salt spray testing machine, pressure testing machine, hardness tester and all kinds of gauges, we always adhere to the principle "Quality is second to none".

A: MOQ depends on customers' needs, trial orders are also welcomed before mass-production.

*Q2: How long is the mass production? 

A: It varies depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantities. Lead time usually needs 25-35days.

*Q3: What should I do to get a quote ?

A: Please send us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or samples,more detailed information will be big help to us. Then price will be offered within 24h.

*Q4: How to know how is my order going on without visiting your company?
 

A: Detailed production schedule and weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress, will be sent to you.

*Q5: How can we process the order?

A: After confirming the order,Proforma invoice and payment list for deposit will be sent to you accordingly . After receiving your deposit, production will be arranged accordingly at once and finish goods about 25-30days based on different quantities.
